Expo Manger Santé
Every year at the Palais des Congrès, over 200 exhibitors gather to promote organic, healthy, ecological, food, beverages and general wellness stuff. For a mere $10, you’ll get to meet the producers behind some of Quebec’s best local and organic foods, test out samples of oddities you never thought could taste so good AND be healthy, as well as learn about how to make your life just a bit greener. There are culinary demonstrations, seminars and raffles. In addition, it’s totally kid friendly. I love it.
This year, the expo takes place starting at 10am on Friday March 14th and ends in the afternoon of Sunday March 16th. If you miss this one, a smaller version takes place March 29th and 30th in Quebec City.
